VFA RETURNS POLICY

We hope you love your new Victorian Fencing Academy (VFA) products. Ultimately the decision on size is up to you as a customer. We understand, however, that sometimes things don’t go to plan. When this happens, here is our commitment to you.

RETURNS

If for any reason you change your mind and no longer want an item(s) you have purchased from VFA, please return it to us within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or gift voucher equal to the value paid for the item(s). It is important that the item(s) and any packaging, tags and ticketing which the goods came with/in are in original condition (unworn, unwashed). No change of mind refunds are permitted. If the item(s) are deemed to have a genuine manufacturing fault, a refund may be issued. Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges to clearly identify that the item(s) were purchased from VFA. Proof of purchase is required for all items with a manufacturing fault.

 

Clothing may be returned, if it does not fit* or if they are faulty or damaged for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for return or exchange, clothing must be returned in unworn condition. Clothing is considered faulty if a manufacturing fault occurs within the first 40 days of purchase. Damage caused by normal wear and tear is not considered to be a fault.

*Left handed clothing that is not in stock and has to be ordered from supplier will be exchanged or refunded with a 30% restocking fee.
